- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used air filters (including HEPA filters and carbon filters)
- Air quality testers that have been activated
- Any product with broken hygiene seals

Refund Information
Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

Return Shipping Costs
