We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used air filters (including HEPA filters and carbon filters)
  • Air quality testers that have been activated
  • Any product where the hygiene seal has been broken

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and applied to your original payment method:

Exchange Process
